2. Standard Project Milestones
- Phase 1 (Weeks 1–2): Requirement gathering, UX design, and architecture blueprint
- Phase 2 (Weeks 3–6): Core feature development, API integration, and frontend build
- Phase 3 (Weeks 7–8): Quality assurance, performance testing, and user feedback
- Phase 4 (Launch): Deployment to production and final sign-off
3. Project Scope Changes
Any additions or major modifications to the original project scope may impact the baseline delivery schedule.
4. Client Responsibility Deadlines
- Asset submission: Required within 3 business days of request
- Design approval: Expected within 48 hours of presentation
- Content delivery: Required prior to development Phase 2
- Staging review: Expected within 5 business days
5. Expedition Requests
Accelerated timelines are subject to developer availability and may incur additional rush delivery fees.
6. Delay Notifications
If external factors or dependencies threaten the timeline, all stakeholders will be notified within 24 hours.
7. Post-Launch Timeline
We provide a standard 30-day post-launch warranty period to address immediate bug fixes or optimizations.
